| fire, fire, fire | this morning i definatly did not earn any funpoint. what happened: i got up at about 9o'clock, put some water on the oven for the coffee and went to the bathroom. when i came back a few minutes later, there was a huge fire/flame, black smoke - our plastic plates and cuttlery cought fire. i craped some of the white towels to extinguish the fire which took quite a time...black smoke and soot covered the new apartment ...charlotte had to be evacuated ... the firealarm went on ...the power was off...horror ....but in the end, we were quite lucky.... after an hour of cleaning (oilly soot everywhere) the apartment looked ok, we did not loose our new home ....you can still smell it - (please have a look at the topic of the day) |
